Our returns for a refund or exchange policy lasts 30 days from the delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in a resalable condition. Minor use is acceptable, but divots or other damage to the stone will void our returns offer. A 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees we incurred will be deducted from your return amount. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and any damaged or missing items.
If you wish to make a return, please send us an email, or call, with your order #, what items you’d like to return, and the reason you want to return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is rejected you will be responsible for return shipping. If you are uncertain about the condition of your stones for a return please email clear, in focus photos so that we may make a recommendation.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 1-3 days. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 days to be fully completed once we do our part.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
