These stones measure .537″ thick x 1.975″ wide x 6″ long. The backs are .475″ thick with a .062″ thick diamond/resin matrix. Save 10% when buying a full set.
All of the resin bond stones that we make use the same high quality, tightly sized diamonds, resin, and are mixed in the same ratios. The only difference is their sizes.
Be aware that you will need loose abrasive and a flat plate to dress them with, both for maintenance and initially, as they generally ship without being dressed.
I do not suggest using these in a guided sharpener, they are too thick, too wide, and too heavy. The 1″x 4″ or 1″x 6″ stones are far better for that application.
While I do everything possible to ensure these stones are free of voids, I can not guarantee they will be for their entire life. While they are unsightly, I have never seen them affect how the stones cut or polish.
