Edge Pro has nothing to do with them and they are sold under our terms and conditions. Most are undressed so you will need to dress them before using. I have used the 80 grit to re-profile at least a dozen knives so far. At 4 were crueware 8 in chef knives that were heavily damaged. These cut faster than another brand of resin bonded stones and I have not had to dress this stone as of yet. Very high quality. I would buy again.. i have the 80 grit purchased here and the edgepro matrix stones purchased straight from edgepro.
